The Nordic Business Diversity Index assesses board and executive team diversity. This year’s index analyzed more than 10,000 board and executive members across 820+ companies in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Norway, making it the most comprehensive leadership diversity ranking in the Nordics.
