Total number of shares and voting rights

On 17 February 2026, Embla Medical’s total share capital was ISK 430,441,257 divided into the same number of shares with a nominal value of ISK 1 each. 
Each share carries one vote, excluding the 2,929,105 own shares that Embla Medical holds and do not carry voting rights. Accordingly, the total votes in Embla Medical were 427,512,152 on 17 February 2026.
